The conference room at Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre must be pre-booked, costing £27.00 for half day use (up to 4 hours) and £54.00 for a full days use.

The arrangement of the room is entirely up to the candidate that has booked the room, for example, boardroom style, classroom, horse-shoe style and so on. Staff at the Visitor Centre are available to help with the room set-up.

Refreshments and Lunches can be arranged at an additional cost – but must be pre-booked 2 weeks in advance. Times of tea breaks and lunches must also be stated prior to your meeting.

Payments can be made either by cash, cheque, credit card or by invoice. Please advise staff when booking.

The generic booking form would have to be completed and returned 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
