Cyclists at Afan Forest Park

Cycling is a great way of seeing the countryside and getting some beneficial exercise at the same time. The Afan Forest Park’s low level cycle route ‘Y Rheilffordd’ (which means Railway in Welsh), which run along the base of the Valley, are very popular. This is a great trail for the family with picnic and refreshment stops along the trail, which is 36km in total.

You can start the trail from the Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Mountain Bike Centre or Rhyslyn Car Park.
